Our projects

Our projects focus on developing innovative digital solutions that improve service delivery and connect citizens with opportunities. We work on platforms like CLC, eShop, School Management Systems, and service-based applications, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and user-friendly experiences across all implementations.

01
Eshop

The eShop project is an online platform designed to support local vendors, self-help groups, and small businesses by enabling them to showcase and sell their products. It provides easy product management, secure transactions, and wider market access, promoting entrepreneurship and improving livelihood opportunities.

02
Handy Man

The Handy Man project is a service-based platform designed to connect users with skilled professionals such as plumbers, electricians, and technicians. It enables easy service booking, efficient management, and reliable support, providing a convenient solution for everyday household service needs.

03
IT Softwares

The School Management Software is a comprehensive digital platform designed to manage academic and administrative activities efficiently. It handles student records, attendance, and fees providing a centralized system that improves organization, transparency, and overall school management.

Our Motive

Imagine Group has been actively involved in planning and managing livelihood activities across different City Livelihood Centres. Beneficiaries were onboarded, service networks were coordinated and digital platforms were implemented to support product sales and service bookings. Through regular field interaction and operational supervision, initiatives were guided towards more structured execution. At present, we remain committed to strengthening livelihood ecosystems by continuing to support operational clarity, participation and system adoption wherever opportunities arise.

Women and Youth Livelihood

Strengthening Opportunities for Women and Youth

Through various training initiatives and operational support activities, women self-help groups were encouraged to participate in marketplace efforts and improve their product outreach. Youth were guided in developing communication skills and workplace readiness, helping them explore employment and self-employment pathways.

Moving forward, we continue to prioritise inclusive livelihood development by creating more opportunities for skill enhancement, digital awareness and income generation for women and young participants.

Our Approach to Execution

Our work followed a structured approach where local livelihood needs were first understood and suitable digital systems were introduced. Beneficiaries were then trained to use these platforms confidently, and field teams coordinated daily activities such as service scheduling, product listings and participant support.

Regular monitoring helped identify challenges and improve implementation processes. At present, we continue to believe in this step-by-step execution model as a practical way to convert plans into visible livelihood outcomes.
