Through its work across multiple City Livelihood Centres, Imagine Group has implemented structured digital and operational solutions that helped vendors, women self-help groups and youth connect with real livelihood opportunities. These services reflect hands-on experience in managing platforms, conducting training and supporting ground-level livelihood activities.
Local vendors and women self-help groups were digitally onboarded to organised systems where their profiles, services and products could be managed more efficiently. This helped improve visibility, participation and coordination in livelihood activities.
Mobile applications and web platforms were developed and deployed to support service bookings, product listings and operational monitoring. These digital tools helped centres streamline workflows and connect beneficiaries with wider opportunities.
Women groups were guided on product presentation, pricing understanding and customer handling to help them prepare for market participation. This support helped improve their confidence and ability to explore better income possibilities.
Training initiatives focusing on communication skills, digital awareness and workplace readiness were conducted for youth. Participants were supported in exploring job roles and placement opportunities linked to livelihood programs.
Structured service provider networks were created by onboarding electricians, plumbers and technicians into organised booking systems. This approach helped generate more consistent work opportunities while improving service accessibility for households.
Digital marketplaces and local outreach efforts were implemented to help self-help groups showcase and promote their products. These initiatives supported wider customer reach and improved income potential.
Day-to-day livelihood activities were coordinated through regular field visits, beneficiary support and operational planning. This hands-on supervision helped maintain continuity and improve participation levels.
Participation data, service activity and marketplace engagement were regularly reviewed to strengthen implementation processes. Feedback-based improvements helped enhance the effectiveness of livelihood initiatives over time.
